At Compleat Spice Blends, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. We understand that shipping delays may be frustrating, we are a small team and couriers can tend to have delays on their end as well. Nonetheless, we try our best to communicate the latest and most accurate updates shipping times to our customers. Please make sure to check your email frequently (spam folder included) for any urgent updates pertaining to your order. 

Shipping Methods
We fulfill orders using UPS, and available shipping options will be presented during the checkout process. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose. 

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may impact this timeline, but we strive to get your order shipped as fast as possible. Pre-orders are fulfilled and shipped based on the disclosed timeline in your confirmation email and product description. 

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can view the shipping cost before completing your purchase at checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount—please refer to our promotions page for more details.

Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and your location. Standard UPS shipping typically takes 3 business days, while expedited shipping options may offer faster delivery.

International Shipping
Currently, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at letstalk@compleatspiceblends.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue with UPS. All packages are insured, and we will require relevant information to file a missing package claim. 

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
