Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect a full payment at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and ship the product at a future date.
Upon pre-ordering, you are sent an estimated ship by date. This is the latest your product will be shipped. If any delays occur, we will make sure to send email updates accordingly.
You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled and scanned into the shipping carrier's system. Meaning, if the package has not yet been dropped off at UPS, we will provide a full refund. However, if the order has been fulfilled and dropped off at UPS, then you can't cancel the order. The next step would be for you to return the package to us once you receive it. We will provide a return label, and the package must be unopened. Once we receive the package, we will process a refund immediately to your original payment method.
